Weekly training sessions will be held from the beginning of September through until the end of March with a short break over Christmas.

NOTES
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the stated start time of your session in order to warm up before the pitch becomes available
- Members attendance at regular training sessions will be a contributing factor when Captains/Managers make their team selections
- Training session times, in particular ‘team time slots’ and venues may vary throughout the season, if in any doubt please check the Club website or with your respective Captain or Coach for any alterations to the schedule.
