Fees
At City we pay fees in a slightly different way to most hockey clubs.
Everyone pays an annual fee, with match fees paid monthly over the course of the season.
This makes us one of the most affordable clubs in the South West.
Our current fees structure for 2022/23 is below:

Junior Members are able to play unlimited games throughout winter season at no additional cost, be that for juniors or a senior side where eligible.
Social members can enjoy all the same benefits as playing members, including free training should they wish and can upgrade to a playing membership at any time.

Notes
- Annual Fees will be invoiced to ALL MEMBERS on 1st August & must be paid in full on receipt of statement emails on the 15th.
- Members who have not paid their annual fees by 1st October will not be elligible to attend training or matches until they do so
- Junior Match/Training Fees will be invoiced from 1st September & can be either paid in full on reciept, or spread over 3no. monthly instalments on receipt of statement emails on the 15th of the month.
- Senior Match Fees, for games played, will be invoiced on 15th of each month throughout the season.
- Summer match fees will be invoiced on 15th of each month during the summer season at £5 per match for all membership types & must be paid in full on receipt
- All payments must be made through the CoBHC website & online payment methods provided
- Annual fees include for all coaching, training, membership, insurance & affiliation costs as well as access to the relevant umpiring & mileage rebates for services rendered

Any reimbursement of away travel mileage is solely at the discretion & level decided by the Treasurer, and only if:
- Club funds allow
- Members are not in arrears
- Captains/Managers have correctly recorded drivers in their match reports
- All mileage is calculated by the club, from the clubhouse to the away venue, with drivers only recorded if taking 2 or more passengers – to encourage car sharing and reduce our environmental impact
